How much does it cost to accept payments with B2Bpay?

There is no cost for you to receive payments as your customers pay the processing fees, unless you choose to absorb the fees.

If you choose to absorb the processing fees they are as follows: Visa / Mastercard standard cards: 1.4%, Visa / Mastercard premium and corporate cards: 1.8%, American Express cards: 2.5%, ApplePay / GooglePay 1.8%, International 3.58%.

These fees replace any existing merchant service fee or surcharge and you and your customers will earn Qantas Points on eligible payments.

How much does it cost to make payments with B2Bpay?

A standard and tax-deductible platform fee (from 1.2% excl. GST) or a bank account platform fee (0.65% excl. GST) applies to all payments and the applicable fee will be displayed when you set up a biller and/or when you make a payment.

Do my customers earn Qantas Points too?

Yes! If your customers or clients are Qantas Business Rewards members and they enter their ABN on your payment page, they will earn 1 Qantas Points for every $10 paid to you. We make this clear on your branded payment page, so they know what to do, and that they earn Qantas Points for making a payment. If you want to go even further and reward your customers with more bonus Qantas Points for doing business with you, you can upgrade to become a ‘B2Bpay Bonus Biller’. To become a Bonus Biller, simply ask us how!

I don't use Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks - can I still use B2Bpay to receive online payments?

Yes of course, we can work with you to get a payment link on any invoice template.

What industries use B2Bpay to accept payments?

The businesses we work with to accept online payments come from a wide range of industries across Australia. There are however some industries we can’t service; you can find that list here.

+ Make or receive payments at https://www.b2bpay.com.au/earn-qantas-points for the first time between 1 September and 30 November 2026 and make or receive at least 3 payments meeting one of the below minimum payment tier totals, inclusive of fees, by 30 November to earn:
i) 25,000 bonus Qantas Points on min. $25,000 in payments.
ii) Or, 50,000 bonus Qantas Points on min. $50,000 in payments.
ii) Or, 75,000 bonus Qantas Points on min. $75,000 in payments.

Applies to new and existing customers to B2Bpay’s ‘Earn Qantas Points’ platform who have not made or received a payment prior to 1 September 2026. Bonus Qantas Points awarded under this Offer do not accumulate as the customer progresses through the payment targets specified. A customer will receive the bonus Qantas Points offer for the highest payment target they reach by 30 November. The maximum bonus Qantas Points per ABN is 75,000 and the offer is not in conjunction with other bonus offers from B2Bpay. Bonus points are in addition to the regular Qantas Points offered on payments via B2Bpay. Additional platform fees apply and fees vary per payment type. Learn more.

Bonus Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards Account 90 days following the eligible spend, whilst standard Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards Account by the 14th day of the month following the eligible spend. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to B2Bpay by emailing [email protected]. Businesses must ensure the ABN registered with Qantas Business Rewards is saved in the B2Bpay customer profile or entered online when paying in order to earn Qantas Points. Qantas Points for business are offered under the B2Bpay Customer Terms and Conditions.

A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for B2Bpay customers  using this link. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the  B2Bpay Customer Terms and Conditions. Members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $7 paid to the ATO by card, 1 Qantas Point for every $10 paid to all other billers by card, 1 Qantas Point for every $3 paid to a biller by bank account for Bank Accelerator standard and 1 Qantas Point for every $1 paid to a biller by bank account or card for Points Accelerator Plus. Members can also earn up to 3 Qantas Points per $1.50 paid to B2Bpay Bonus Billers. Members earn 1 Qantas Point for every $20 paid to you by Visa or Mastercard through B2Bpay. For the first $10,000 received by Visa or Mastercard members earn 1 bonus Qantas Point per $1 received. See B2Bpay website for a list of current B2Bpay Bonus Billers. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards account by the 14th day of the month following the eligible spend. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to B2Bpay by emailing [email protected]. Businesses must ensure the ABN registered with Qantas Business Rewards is saved in the B2Bpay customer profile or entered online when paying in order to earn Qantas Points. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards account by the 14th day of the month following the eligible spend.
